Adrienne Clarkson

Bio: The Right Honourable Adrienne Clarkson PC, CC, CMM, COM, CD, FRSC(hon), FRAIC(hon), FRCPSC(hon) is a journalist, producer, broadcaster and stateswoman who served as the 26th Governor General of Canada. Clarkson who has received fourteen honorary degrees, four honorary military appointments, and multiple awards as a broadcaster, is also the founder of the Institute for Canadian Citizenship which works to ensure new citizens are welcomed and included as equals.
